Your privacy is a trust. We're a UK company, so we handle your information under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) — wherever in the Gulf you order from. Here we explain plainly what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, shipping address, contact details, and the poster details you enter. Payment is handled by a secure provider — we never store your card details.
How we use it
We use your information to design your poster, ship it, and answer your questions. The only other use is the privacy-light analytics described below, which we run only if you accept the cookie notice — and nothing else without your consent.
Analytics
If you accept the cookie notice, we count anonymous visits and the steps people take through the site (such as which pages they see and where they reach in ordering). It is cookieless and collects no personal data — no name, no card, nothing that identifies you. We use a privacy-first provider (Plausible-style), never sell this data, and never use it for advertising. Decline, or never accept, and no analytics run at all.
Do we share it?
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only with our print and delivery partners, and only as much as needed to get your order to you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Just message us and we'll act on your request promptly.
