Orders & pricing
Your order is confirmed once payment is complete. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include delivery, and may change from time to time without affecting confirmed orders.
Customs & duties
Your price covers the poster and delivery. Any customs charges set by your own country aren't included — they're rare for a small framed print, but if they apply they're paid on delivery.
Personalised product
You're responsible for the accuracy of the name and details you enter, and you preview them in full before paying. Each poster is personalised for you, so returns follow our returns policy.
Intellectual property
Our designs, lettering and artwork belong to Farhat Qalbi. The poster you order is for your personal use, and we'd love you to share it with pride — just not for resale or commercial copying.
Liability
We take the utmost care with every poster. Our liability is limited to the value of your order, and we commit to fixing any fault on our side or shipping damage under our policies.
Which law applies
Farhat Qalbi is a UK company, and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Wherever you order from in the Gulf, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
