As it's personalised for you, we can't resell it, so change-of-mind returns aren't possible. But if the fault is ours, we put it right away.
You see it before you pay
You preview the full poster while designing, so you can check the name and details before paying anything.
Arrived damaged or with a mistake?
If your poster arrives damaged in transit or with a mistake on our side, message us within 7 days with a photo, and we'll reprint or re-frame it and send it to you free of charge.
